Start-up and shut-down for the MPR, and how each piece of gear works.

Power on Power off

Power On

Your checks are saved on this device.

Wake the ProPresenter computer (move the mouse) and log in to the right user
On the Stream Deck, left of the ProPresenter computer, press Rack Audio On and Rack IEM On (the buttons can take a moment to appear after you log in)
Turn on the soundboard with the power switch on the rack to its left
Log in to the right user on the soundboard (passwords match the ProPresenter computer accounts)
Turn on the projectors: stand in front of or under each one and press Power on its remote from the remote caddy. The blue light blinks while it starts
Press On on the P.A. Speakers remote. A light comes on on the left speaker of each pair
On the lighting board, cue the scene you need and bring its fader all the way up

Where everything is

Mostly the start-up in reverse.

Release the light cue with the button below its fader
Turn off the projectors: press Power twice on each remote and confirm on the screen
Press Off on the P.A. Speakers remote until the speaker lights go out
Close ProPresenter and log out of the computer
On the Stream Deck, press Rack Audio Off and Rack IEM Off
On the soundboard’s Home page, press Shut Down, then Yes
When the soundboard says it’s safe to power off, flip the power switch on the rack to its left
Put the cover back over the soundboard
